The ground level sets the tone for laid-back days, featuring a spacious covered carport with picnic table, an outdoor shower, a private pool, and a hot tub tucked beneath the deck—perfect for unwinding after long beach days.
The first living level is made for enjoying the coastal breeze. Soak up some sunshine on the deck or step into the large screened-in porch. This space includes an outdoor kitchen area with two charcoal grills, and plenty of seating—great for shared meals, casual cookouts, and relaxed evenings. Two bedrooms are located on this level: one with a king bed and another with two queen beds - sharing a full bathroom.
An exterior stairway leads to the main and top level, where Gulf scenery and open living spaces take center stage. The main king bedroom on this level offers a peaceful retreat with beach views and a private bathroom.
