A spacious open floor plan greets guests with hardwood floors and high ceilings. A wall of windows showcases the wraparound deck while illuminating the main floor with warm sunlight. The living area, styled in New England cottage décor, provides plush furniture and a 50†TV. Prepare meals and beachside snacks in the gourmet kitchen, where GE appliances and granite countertops inspire the family chef. An adjacent dining table with a stylish mix of chair and bench seating hosts 8 for brunch or dinner. A convenient porch off the dining area allows guests to dine alfresco around 2 outdoor dining tables while taking in the surrounding views. When it’s time to retire, there are 2 guest bedrooms on this floor, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed—each with access to the wraparound deck.

Upstairs is a massive primary bedroom with a lush king bed and private living area with a 55†TV. Guests staying in this bedroom also enjoy a private bathroom with a jetted tub and access to a private deck. There’s also a guest bedroom with a comfy queen bed and kid-friendly bunk room with a twin-over-full bed and twin trundle on this floor.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, with a weight limit of 30lbs or less, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*The HOA does not allow RVs to be parked in the driveway. There is an RV storage area nearby called Presnell’s RV and Boat Storage should you need it.

*No boats, trailers, or vehicles are to be parked anywhere except in the driveway. If the boat, trailer, and all other vehicles will not fit in the driveway, then Bayou Storage can be contacted to store boats and trailers for a minimal fee.
