The house is a perfect location for a long-term family visit to the Suncoast of Florida. I write "long term" because a short term stay doesn't give one enough time to utilize all the features of the house. There is easy access to local stores, the highway (to visit Tampa or any of the other attractions of the Suncoast), and the house itself is very nice (including a heated pool!). There is a game room (garage) with foosball, ping pong, and a full card table, along with a pool table. There was even a mini-golf course. So on the inevitable poor weather day, you can still be entertained. The beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied, the bathrooms are nice, and the living area is spacious. This place would work for a family with young kids up to adult children (our case). Our only regret was that we weren’t able to use the grill this time, or the wonderful lanai area (it was really cold). However, despite the low temperatures, we did use the heated pool. The internet access was also very fast. The host was very prompt with answering any questions and encouraged communications about any issues (we had none). When we come back to the Suncoast, we’ll rent this location again.
