Loloata is always great, however the room we stayed in this time round could use some maintenance. A few things were falling apart, shower head need s good scrubbing. But the food and beverages team are always the best, Priscilla is always super accommodating and the rest of her team. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable because we did spend a lot of time in the restaurant while i wrote my final paper for school. Thanks for watch my son while i worked.

This was one of the most incredible, lovely and relaxing places that I have ever stayed, especially in Papua New Guinea. The staff were so attentive and helpful and gracious no matter what we needed. A beautiful, safe haven only a short boat ride from the coast, and airport transfers included. From the moment we stepped off the ferry, we were impressed by the beauty of the resort and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Plenty to do to keep us happy for 5 days - walking, swimming, dining, relaxing by the pool, snorkelling, kayaking, day spa, and capturing photos of the amazing sunrises and sunsets. We absolutely plan to return!

The facilities are amazing. However, the hotel can be used by day guest (not disclosed when making a reservation) which makes the pool area crowded. Staff is not enough to enforce the pool rules like loud music, smoking towel service runs out, jumping turning the peaceful atmosphere or the rest of the hotel into an uncomfortable place to relax.

Nice to visit, but don't expect great service

Great Location and opportunty to get away from Port Moresby for a break. Unfortunately service has never been great at Loloata and contnues to be that way. The menu has been the same for years, they ran out of the wine we were drinking (on a long weekend) on Saturday night and the breakfast was very average with most stuff not available after 9.00am. On the plus side, the staff were friendly.
