Nice little house

The house is really nice for what it is. It is set up and equipped nicely. The reason that I give it 4 stars and considered 3 is because of comfort. The back bedroom is hot. If you close the door it’s really hot. There is a warning on the thermostat. The ac should be fixed instead of issuing a warning.
