Welcome to a very nice and quiet gated golfing community and beautiful home for a relaxing getaway. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an office space for working at home along with a murphy bed for extra sleeping accommodations. Located 10 minutes from historic Port Isabel and 15 minutes to South Padre Island beach, this home is a great home base for vacationers visiting South Padre Island area.
Some extra amenities are a ping pong table for guests to enjoy and bumper pool table/poker table room. A screen porch for relaxing and birdwatching . Guests will also get to enjoy community pool, tennis courts and easy access to golf course.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Stretch out in the jetted tub. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and an oven.

In area for granddaughter’s high school graduation . This large, comfortable home provided us with relaxing space to gather between planned events and celebrations! Really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to details that allowed us some cool, quiet times between all the festivities. Everything needed to make it feel like home was provided. Very nice!

My friends and I go on a yearly trip to the area. We typically stay on SPI, but the proximity of this property to the event we attend is amazing. The neighborhood is gated and secure. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Everyone was really pleased with the arrangements. Divots Bar and Grill is a hidden gem.
