Had a bit of an issue upon arrival. Power was off and looked to have been off for a few days. Granted the neighbor hood was undergoing utility renewal. Roads all torn up and rough. Has been going on for 2 years. It took a few hours to cool down the house and appliances. Kuerig coffee maker didn’t work. No trash bags except one in trash can. Jeff the fixit man was great. He found a breaker under the deck that was tripped. The master bath my shower is plumbed backwards at the turn on valve. Turn valve from down off 1/4 turn to right for hot. All in all a nice house, in the second row off the water, but in walking distance to a great viewing site for a Spacex launch.
