Port Glasgow Train Station and Town Centre are about 15 minutes walk where you can find lots of eating places big stores like TESCO Extra, Next, TK Max etc.

Largs is about 34 minutes by car
The apartment is very well decorated with some designer stuff to bring the standard between 4 to 5 star.

Port Glasgow flat.
The host seemed unaware that we wee coming to stay and when we arrived, we struggled to find the specific apartment as thee were no signs or number. there was no sign of anyone to welcome or open the apartment. Fortunately the neighbour was able to let us in and provide a key, as well as contacting the host. No towels provided and the external appearance of the accommodation was very scruffy and unwelcoming.

Great View and Good Value but Not for Everyone
The pricing on this listing was attractive but we found that the property quite disappointing in the end. It has a beautiful view of the Clyde, a nice living room and all the basics but the bedding was substandard, there were no towels available and even some of the lights were missing lightbulbs. While it looks like the property has been somewhat refurbished recently it is generally not well-maintained. However, if you don't mind cutting some corners, this is a good value for a family or small group.

Scottish welcome
Port Glasgow and really all of Scotland is the friendliest and most helpful place I’ve ever been. The people are extremely nice…especially to a hillbilly from East Tennessee who was easily confused driving on the left side of the road. The apartment has a beautiful view of Port Glasgow and the Clyde River. We enjoyed our visit.
