About this space
The area around the house is a peaceful & mature residential area, located 15 minutes away from Port Dickson town, & 10 minutes from Lukut town, the beach is also nearby. A favourite tourist spot to visit from here is the Lukut Heritage Museum, and supermarkets like TESCO & ECONSAVE is all within easy reach. Medical clinics along with petrol stations are 5 minutes away. Local food stalls and restaurants is within walking distance, as well as a 7-11. There is a playground in front of the house.
The space
There is a master bedroom with attached bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with 4 bunk beds. The house is ideal for old folks as it is a single storey home. The covered carpark can easily fit 2 cars side by side. A refrigerator, microwave and electric stove equips the kitchen, along with Wi-fi and satellite TV for your enjoyment.

All authorized areas of the home are accessible by guests.
Other things to note
We practice proportional occupancy. This gives us the ability to offer flexible prices that is easy on your wallet when you don't need extra rooms, while allowing you to scale up to accommodate more family members only when you need to.

Please take note, our standard price you see is for the master bedroom only, with WiFi, attached bathroom and access to all other parts of the house except for the other bedrooms.

If you need more beds, then there is an extra RM 100 per room per night. Each extra room has 4 fully furnished bunk beds, equipped with air conditioning, and are as you see in the photos. This arrangement allows you to decide what is the best for your party in terms of the number of people staying in the house, while allowing you to save money.

Example:

2 guests only - Price per night is RM 148, and price per person is RM 74.

Now, 4 more people want to stay, so a second room is required. The pricing is RM 148 + RM 100 = RM 248, but since there are 6 people, the price per night per person has dropped to RM 41.33.

If there are 10 people intending to stay at the house, then a third room is required and an additional RM 100 will be charged: the fee structure will be RM 148 + RM 100 + RM 100 =RM 348. This means that the price has now dropped further to RM 34.80 per person per night.

This gives superior value to guests, as you pay more only when you need more capacity.
