Nuevo 2018 Waterfront Vacation Rental

Nueva fabulosa casa contemporánea con piscina frente al mar en South Gulf Cove. Construido con una calidad excepcional por los "constructores de Sullivan". Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños está repleta de características modernas y se encuentra a minutos de pesca, playas, campos de golf, restaurantes y todas las cosas fabulosas que ofrece el estilo de vida de Florida. South Gulf Cove es una comunidad de casas de lujo, tranquila y agradable, con kilómetros de senderos para bicicletas y un hermoso parque / área de pícnic a poca distancia de nuestra casa.

La suite principal ubicada en su propio lado de la casa tiene dos lavabos con una ducha romana y una bañera grande. Cuenta con armarios para él y para ella y acceso directo al área de la piscina a través de puertas corredizas de vidrio.

Los otros 2 dormitorios con camas queen size y armarios grandes se encuentran al otro lado de la casa. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV de pantalla plana de 50 "montada en la pared.

La moderna cocina abierta está cargada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. La habitación familiar tiene un fabuloso techo de doble techo con un televisor de 65 "con barra de sonido y una chimenea LED multicolor.

This beautiful home has everything you need in a home away from home. The kitchen is beautfully designed & fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal. Luxury is appatent in every inch of the property. From the primary suite to the outdoor amenities, the finishes & furnishings are beautiful. The entire back of the house offers beautiful views if the sunset in floor to ceiling windows. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, this house offers it all: fully stocked baths, laundry, tips & info about the local area, pool toys, beach toys, bikes & kayaks. The only thing you need to bring to enjoy this wonderful home is yourself!

This was the best property we have ever stayed at! Beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked with pans and utensils as well as spices. We all had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely return here.

Relaxing & Enjoyable...What we were looking for!

Our top priority in this VRBO rental was a place to relax and enjoy outdoor space with hot tub and pool. This was it! Lounging in the sun, dining outdoors and soaking in the hot tub were great! The east facing lanai afforded both sun and shade. I utilized the kayaks on the surrounding canals twice. We found the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed a couple of beach walks 20-25 minutes away. Our hosts were quick to respond in answering questions. We left grateful and renewed!

Very nice home

We stayed for the month of January 2025. The house was beautiful and the area was great for walking. When driving anywhere the traffic was always slow but that’s just Florida. The 1 drawback was the pool, it states that it’s a heated pool but it was too cold to go in it so I don’t think the heater was working.

Family winter vacation to Florida

We enjoyed our stay. The heated pool with spa was great! And it was nice to be right on the canal. We enjoyed the beaches in Gasparilla state park. The house had beach chairs and everything we needed so we didn't have to bring it with us.

10+ out of 10! Absolutely amazing home, vey responsive hosts and EXTREMELY accommodating given our situation. Very pleasurable experience. Clean home with plenty of amenities, supplies, state of the art utensils and cookware, all the beach equipment, and the list goes on and on. Pool and hot tub are gorgeous. Will definitely rent again. We liked that there was a dock to fish off of in the back yard. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean as well. We used both of them daily. Thanks again for the great stay!

Wonderful place

This property was great and very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults the hot tub. The arcade machine was a hit with the adults trying to compete for high score. Winter Break

You can’t go wrong with this property. It was very well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We requested a blower to tidy up the deck and garage area and the owner had Amazon deliver one! We rented the house for 34 days and enjoyed our winter break. Met several of the neighbors and everyone was inviting and friendly. The area offers a variety of activities like visiting the beaches, hiking and bike riding. We also enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. We would definitely book this property again.

Relaxing Getaway

There are so many things I can say about this property, but I will try to summarize it in just a few sentences. The home was beautiful and well maintained and provided every amenity we needed for a comfortable getaway. We visited Englewood Beach one day while we were there and it is such a beautiful beach! Other than that, we spent the majority of our time down on the dock and we saw three alligators and multiple sea turtles. We didn’t have much luck fishing, but that didn’t stop us from spending our days on the dock and then taking a quick dip in the pool to cool off. The weather was perfect to enjoy the hot tub in the evening, which we did as well. We would certainly book this rental again in the future!

Wonderful house w/ awesome outdoor space

Property: The house was great, modern and clean. We really appreciated that it was equipped with anything and everything you can possibly need, way more than most vacation rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. We spent most of our time outside in the hot tub. It was a little chilly for the pool even with it being heated (we were there end of December & Florida was affected by the cold wave the country was having). Location: You will have to drive everywhere, but the grocery store (Publix) was very close (less than 5 minutes). For the beach, good restaurants, Punta Gorda, fun shopping, was at least 20-30 minutes away. Last thoughts: Communication was wonderful with the host! As a group of 5 adults, it was plenty big enough and nice that each bedroom kind of had its own bathroom. We had a wonderful time during the holidays at this property and would recommend if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle.
