The king size bed was only on a frame and not on a box spring. Fine for a younger person but me and my wife are 64, was like trying to get off the floor. The window shade was broken so the only way to hold it up was with a pillow. Completely out of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We were Completely out of toilet paper and tissues. The shower head was held up with a zip tie. The toilet seat was very loose. Want to grab a towel after you shower? Walk 6+ feet to the back of the door because thats the only place to hang a towel. Ignored our 1st request for maid service. The women at the front desk were very nice and the woman doing the breakfast was busting her butt. I have pictures if corporate would like to see them.

Room seemed to be clean. I woke up early the next morning around 4:45am and there was no hot water. I received a text when i checked it that said i could text if i needed anything and asked for a tooth brusha nd tooth paste with no response. I would not stay here again.
