Our room was upgraded so we've got a proper dinning and kitchen unit. Property is clean and tidy. Bathroom is a bit aged but very clean. Staff is very nice.

Everything is excellent; the rooms are updated with newish bathroom fixtures and there’s a heat pump so the room stays cool or warm depending on the weather. The staff was courteous and helpful. The only reason we took off one star was because the walls are very thin and we heard our neighbours watch TV and even sneeze. Luckily we had good neighbours during our stay.

Great ocean road

Convenient location at the end of our Great Ocean Road drive, close to all the shops and restaurants in Port Campbell. The laundry facilities were a lifesaver. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I like the spacious clean room and bathroom. The kitchenette was useful for breakfast. The pool was clean but it was smaller than I expected.
