The Space:

You're sure to be the envy of your friends in this gorgeous beachfront home in the heart of Crystal Beach! Centrally located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision, this property is seconds away from the beach. There are amazing unobstructed views from nearly all areas of the home, including the two fully furnished, partially covered decks that are a beach lover's dream come true. The upper deck has lounge chairs for sunbathing and the mezzanine deck features a bar area!



The spacious living area is great for relaxing, with comfortable furniture and large screen TV. The gorgeous modern kitchen has all the appliances you need for your stay, and includes bar seating, as well as a dining table that can seat 10. Also on this main level are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has one king bed and a gorgeous ensuite bath, and the second bedroom features as a queen over queen bunk bed with guest bath.



Walk down the interior stairwell to the mezzanine level, and you'll find the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature one queen bed each, and the third bedroom offers 2 sets of full over full bunk beds.



The ground level patio area boasts a fish cleaning station, outdoor sand shower, charcoal grill, and additional seating - perfect for family cookouts and games of washers! Top View is the perfect place to make lasting beach memories!



No pets are allowed. Cargo lift is not available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
