House was great. The size was as advertised and fit our multi family get together. Steps from the beach but the porch has a clear view of the ocean. A few issues popped up that were not really in there control but they were very responsive and got the issues resolved very quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

The house is very big. It sleeps 20 people comfortably. The pool and hot tub was definitely the best feature! 10/10 recommend. Easy access to the beach!

Beach Vacation 2025

Such a beautiful home! One of our favorites ever! Very clean and plenty of room! Great location and beach access. We enjoyed the pool almost daily. The hot tub water was down every morning. Management was as very responsive! We will be back!

Perfect family get away!

This house is amazing! Huge and spread out, perfect for multiple families. The kitchen area is ideal for large family dinners and each bedroom is well decorated and clean. All the bathrooms were very clean as well. The pool and playground was a the cherry on top for our small kiddos! We definitely recommend this place and will coming back again next year!

We had the best stay at the Grand Pearl!Our family reunion was perfect with 11 adults and 7 kids everyone enjoyed the amazing space. Location was perfect, house was clean and big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Everyone loved the pool, kiddos playground and snores by the fire out. We would absolutely stay again!

Wedding Weekend

A group of old high school buddies gathered for a wedding. Great place that met all of our needs. A few minor issues but nothing to really detract from the experience. We were lucky enough to enjoy a Texas May cold front by the fire pit!

Beautiful Home

This house is stunning. The beach is very close by. We celebrated Christmas with coworkers here. This house was near perfect. I only wish it had an elevator/lift for all of the gifts, luggage, and food that we hauled up the stairs.

Great house

Beautiful home and had something for everyone The kitchen was great and the built in ice maker was great! The table and stools at counter seated my large family perfectly! The bathrooms were all setup great and the detail from the crown molding and trim did not go unnoticed! I wish the hot tub worked other than that it was great!

Perfect house for groups

We were a group of 17 and everyone had a fantastic time. Plenty of sleeping areas. Large kitchen and seating. Downstairs is a TON of fun when you aren’t at the beach.

Thanksgiving get-away

Our family of 15 spent the holiday at this wonderful house. The house was perfect for us. The children loved the bunk room. It was a short walk to the beach but there was so much to do at the house we were busy having fun there. There was plenty of room for all of us, even at the dining table. It was a great house for our large family to all be together. We will be back again for a warm weather get-away.

God showed up in our THERE!

The owners spared no expense in preparing a property that is 5 star from top to bottom. Our only complaint was mosquitos tried to ruin our experience. The management was responsive and very attentive to my inquiries. My group enjoyed everything, and would love to come back. Our spiritual prayer retreat was awesome and has been marked as the best we've ever had.

Just do it!

I highly recommend this property! The proximity to the beach is unreal! This was a newer property and still working out a few kinks but the management was all over it. The house is stunning with plenty of room for the kiddos to take over the second floor and allow the adults some peace on the first. I’ll note that there is no lift, which is unusual for these types of properties. As a single parent with a special needs child, It made a huge difference to us. While we loved this property once settled, if I’m considering the same type of property next time, I’d choose the one with a lift.

5 Families

We had 5 families who are not related stay here and we all had our own space and felt very comfortable. The convenience of a pool makes this place great. When we had enough beach time we would come and cool down in the pool. The kids loved the pool. Very beautiful and new home. Be careful wearing socks on the stairs, you will fall and hurt yourself. Anything you forget to buy no worries. The Big Store, Family Dollar, and Dollar General are just outside the neighborhood. The stairs can be a lot especially when you have already done them for the millionth time. A lift would have been helpful when carrying all of our stuff up, especially the coolers. We had young strong guys, but if you are older, be careful.

Great Place!

We celebrated a birthday and Fathers Day with family and friends of all ages. Great house. Great location. The pool and hot tub just made it that much better. Highly recommend this place!
