Had some housekeeping issues upon arrival. Host responded promptly. Communications with him were always good.Hot tub definitely a plus. Don't forget to bring matches, charcoal or wood if you want to use the grill or fire pit (we forgot the matches!).All in all a good stay and we would definitely be OK returning.

Perfect birthday weekend

This cabin was perfect for our family. Having the 4 bedrooms meant each of our kids and their family had their own room. The beach toys were a big hit with the grandkids and having the wagon and chairs was a hit with the adults lol. The deck was so nice to sit outside and just visit. Celebrating my 60th birthday with all my family around was perfect.we were all very comfortable and felt at home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!!!

WAS NOT CLEAN & HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THE OWNERS

I rented Nicholas beach home for my birthday gathering. We arrived at the schedule time & the house was totally dirty. EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE WAS DIRTY, YES EVERY ROOM WAS DIRTY. I got in touch with Nicholas and he called over someone to clean the house. When we got back from eating dinner, the house was half clean cause the BED WAS MADE AND THE LINENS WAS NOT CHANGE, YES I MEANT THEY FIXED THE BED WITH THE SAME DIRTY LINENS. THERE WERE HAIRS IN 2 BEDS, CHIPS IN THE BED, PEE OR WHATEVER IT WAS ON THE SHEETS & BEDSPREADS. WE STARTED WASHING ALL THE LINENS. THE REFRIGERATOR HAD FOOD LEFT INSIDE & WAS NOT WIPED CLEAN. I haven't heard from him, but I will NOT stop until I get my money back. I am taking him to court & will put a lien on his property. TRUST & BELIEVE I AM TELLING A 100% TRUT

House is great!

This house is perfect weather it be for work or family vacation. Our stay was for work. This house is super nice, and we will rent again when it is available on our next trip down. Nicholas Miner was great with communicating. If you have a question or need something all you have to do is call Nicholas and he will get what you need or answer your question.

Family vacation

We had such a great time! The directions were easy to use and the house was just right for us! We had all we needed! The host checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and it was really appreciated! We look forward to next time! Thank you! It certainly was our home away from home!

Family vacation

The property was good however there were a few things that were not so good. First the house sleeps 14 with parking for 2 cars, not a good thing for a family that has 6 vehicles. Second there are no closets to hang clothes or store suitcases and bags out if the way. The bedrooms were very small so we had to store things along the walls in the main living area. The internet was horrible so we were unable to stream live TV. We also had teens so they were not able to use their devices my daughter needed to use her work computer for a half day of work and was unable to do that. Overall the house was ok but I don’t think I will rent in this area again due to the houses being so close nothing against the home owner just not our type of neighborhood. The owner was very attentive in making sure everything was ok. The stay was good.

Everything we could have wanted!

This place was comfortable, clean and the owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating. The washer had broken before we arrived and the owners did everything they could to get it replaced. When the replacement didn’t work, they were extremely apologetic and brought us more clean towels. Great distance to the beach, loved the deck and downstairs patio. My family really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Nice getaway!

The house had plenty of blankets, towels, and kitchen tools. It was clean and the layout was convenient for our needs. Parking permit for the beach could be easily nabbed at the "Big Store" and the short distance between the house and the beach made running back up to the house simple. I loved the twin porch swings on the deck--super cute! Would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this home!! Perfect for a family vacation home to make some wonderful memories

We stayed at 958 seagull palm and it was by far the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in it was gorgeous spacious fully furnished and even had a baby bed for my youngest granddaughter! Bathrooms included a shampoo conditioner and body wash dispenser in both showers it was a beautiful house close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood and had smart tvs in every room best vacation home we’ve ever stayed in!
