The Space:
This new construction home is located in Crystal Beach, Texas, in the new Crystal Dunes edition (barrel 55). This amazing, Beachfront!, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house has everything you can imagine and more. Four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. It sleeps 20 and has enough room for plenty of gathering. It sits less than 50 feet from the beach, with a walkway and has a beautiful salt water pool (not heated) and heated spa. This house has it all. The Open concept Kitchen, living room, dining room has plenty of room for everyone to visit, spend group together time, have family games and still have plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.
The deck accents the house with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Sit on the deck and sun and listen to the relaxing sound of the Gulf waves as they splash onto the sandy shore.
Each of the 3000 square feet of this amazing property is swathed in luxury, from the iridescent tiles on the pool (not heated) and hot tub, to the comfortable plush and spacious bedrooms. There are large screen TV’s in every bedroom, with access to Hulu live streaming.

Rooms were clean! House was so spacious! Adults had their privacy in the multiple bedrooms! Dining table was so awesome with enough space for everyone! Highlight was the pool & hot tub! Excellent time spent in the pool. One thing is the bird poop around the pool area when we arrived was a lot. Not sure if the property is inspected before guests arrive. My husband hosed it off. Another minor thing is the propane grill was not up to par but we made do. Probably should be replaced. Also I couldn’t find a sheet set or blanket for the pull out couch. Good thing I brought my own. A big plus is that the AC was cold! Loved it. Another nice bonus is that beach towels were provided! Excellent job on that. We celebrated 3 birthdays and it was such a wonderful experience! We plan on renting again for same time next year! Great job!

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Cabin! The location was perfect—close to everything yet still private and relaxing. The amenities were top-notch, and the pool was absolutely awesome. The host was very informative and made everything smooth and easy.10/10 would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great getaway. I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely Home on the Beach
This was a beautiful home with a perfect location. The boardwalk is just to the side and then you are right on the beach. The pool and spa are such a fun luxury to have as well. Very nice interior with plenty of room.

Family Vacation 2024
Our Family has grown and it is difficult to gather everyone together at the same time. We finally set some time on the calendar and made it happen. This house was perfect. So comfortable, large enough for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms. Perfect kids space and the location was perfect for all involved. I hope we can all go back again and stay at this house. I would recommend to anyone going to consider this house as a must stay. Thanks for making it so wonderful.

Beautiful home in excellent location
Seaside Sanctuary was the perfect home for our family vacation!
The downstairs was occupied by babies and their parents and the upstairs bunk room and playroom by young children. The grandparents enjoyed the seclusion of the upstairs king suite.

Fabulous stay
Our stay was fabulous! The balconies have amazing views of the ocean, outside seating was comfortable for visiting and playing games, and the pool and hot tub added to the stay. Jojo and Mara, the management group, was very attentive to our needs and made my spouses birthday special by assisting me with getting cookies for the occasion. We will be back!

Beach Retreat
Twenty of us adults came to have a relaxing weekend to pray and meditate, and this home helped us do just that. Beautiful home, great accommodations; it looks better than the pictures online. We would stay again. It comfortably accommodated 20 adults.

A Perfect Stay
We enjoyed our stay at this Crystal Beach location. The location of the property was excellent. It was private and right off the beach, which we loved. We had over 16 women at this location, and each person could sleep comfortably. The bathrooms were set up perfectly for each person was able to get dressed and move around and everything perfectly. The walk to the beach was fantastic the views were amazing. I can’t say enough about this location. I believe I will stay here again for next year.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!
What an amazing place! My family spent 5 days at Seaside Sanctuary and we could not have been happier. With 6 adults and 3 children (one baby) we had more than enough room to spread out. And the upstairs was the perfect space for the kids!
I always try to look for something that might make the stay better for the next guest and mention it in my review. I cannot think of anything that would have made our stay better. From being steps away from the beach, to everyone having their own bathroom, perfectly appointed bedrooms and TVs everywhere to watch the World Series - even downstairs in the amazing pool and hot tub! This was the perfect family vacation spot! We will be back - no question!

Family Weekend Get Away
This home was more than Great. It was very accommodating for our family, Very Clean and well stocked with the essentials. The sidewalk and bridge over the dunes was so nice to have when walking to the beach. The swimming pool was a hit with our littles. It was a relief from the Sun when needed.
Also...having the access of the lift was a plus when carrying things up. The only thing I found negative is if you have little ones, there is no gate on the top deck securing the stair way. Our family had the best time. We will rent again.
