Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the bay behind you. This 3/2's layout is perfect for families. Master suite gives you privacy, with a large guest bath to accommodate both guest rooms comfortably. Plenty of room downstairs to grill, play cornhole or just relax.

We had a great stay at Eric’s property!! The house is perfect and in a great location- only about 4 blocks from the beach. Eric was a great host- easy check-in and check-out instructions. I messaged him with a question at 11pm one night, expecting a reply the next day and he responded instantly!We typically stay in Galveston, but it was the first time in Bolivar. We really loved it and plan to return!

Super nice and clean beach house. It was very spacious. The house was close to the beach and to The Big Store, which was convenient. There is a fire bit in the back of the house, which was super nice at nights. The host is very friendly and a quick communicator. Would definitely recommend!
