This brand new custom built coastal cottage is perfect for a family trip or couples getaway. Being less than 300 steps from the ocean with private beach access & only a couple miles from Stingaree & other great restaurants, it’s the perfect combination of serene & convenience at the Texas Gulf.

This luxury cottage features an open floor plan making the home perfect for hosting families. It has 2 bedrooms & is able to sleep 7 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King bed & private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds & a top bunk bed.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Not brand new like it says in the listing hard time shutting the front doorHad to wash our sheets when we got there pubic hair on the sheetsGrass wasn’t cut mold on the bar down stairs and the concrete and picnic table But quiet neighbors and had a good time

We loved our stay!! It was very comfortable and nice and clean. The owner was very nice and very quick to respond to any msgs I sent. The only thing I would say is it needs curtains. We was woke up every morning when the sun came up bc there was no curtains to keep the light out. Overall we would stay again…..
