Ave des Saules Pornichet

The house appeared as the description but generally looked quite tired & in need of some refurbishment. The outside blind was torn in places, the Venetian blind would not draw & the shower was rusty at the base. Upstairs there was bed linen but we had to make the beds up ourselves. In the kitchen we discovered the fridge door was closed but not switched on, therefore there was a strong odour inside. There were plenty of plates but only 2 cups & 2 bowls. On arrival I was surprised to find there was no WiFi available therefore tried to contact the host but received no response. Although not essential it is now normally expected due to people home working. I feel the house needs a little investment to upgrade the accommodation as similar comments were made in 2022!

Bien situé, non loin des plages de Pornichet, du centre ville et des commerces, parking facile devant la maison dans l'allée. Récupération des clés dans boîtier avec code impeccable. Logement propre, fonctionnel, il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi mais il y a un bon réseau 5G. Bien équipé avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso, petit frigo et congélateur séparés.Seul bémol pour le petit jardin terrasse avec table et chaises qui aurait pu être agréable si le store extérieur fonctionnait, il est en piteux état, dommage ! Avec la chaleur au-dessus de 30C, nous n'avons pu y manger dehors le midi.Pour finir petites améliorations à prévoir : supports serviettes supplémentaires dans la salle de douche qui est superbe, devant la douche si possible, ainsi que des petites tables de nuit pour poser téléphone et autres seraient bien dans la chambre parentale. Merci.Nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

Le propriétaire fait le minimun vital pour louer sa petite maison. c'est dommage, un jardin et une salle de bain entretenus pourraient être un gros plus. Le four est tombé en panne en pleine cuisson dès le deuxième jour. Rien n'a été fait. J'espère que les locataires suivants ont eu un four.

Bien situé ce gîte mériterait un bon rafraîchissement car vu les photos mises elles ne datent pas d hier ..et il faudrait refaire le plein au niveau vaisselle petit déjeuner ainsi que les couverts une seule poêle et pas de couvercle au faitout
