Enclosed garden of 650 m² with private parking and secure gate, private heated swimming pool (9x4m), covered courtyard with ping-pong, darts and barbecue.
Ground floor: spacious living room with table football, kitchen (3 steps), 3 bedrooms (1 step) including 2 with independent access possible from the outside (each with 160x200 bed and private shower room), 2 separate toilets and 1 laundry room.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (each with 2 90x200 beds), 1 bathroom (bath + shower) and 1 separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, screen + video projector, baby kit (bed/high chair/changing mat/bath).
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning. Pool towels not provided.
