5 km from the sea and Pornic, in the heart of a small, quiet hamlet, gîte on the first floor of a country house (another gîte for 2 people on the ground floor), adjoining another gîte for 2 people. Private, unfenced garden of 40 m² + access to a shared wooded area (shared garage for bicycles).
Ground floor: summer kitchen and separate toilet. Upstairs: lounge/living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), mezzanine for children (very sloping ceilings) accessible by miller's ladder (2 beds 90x190), shower room and separate toilet. Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed and high chair, freezer.
Not included: electric heating (7€/day), electricity, sheets, towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (60€).
Gîte not suitable for young children.

From Nantes dir. Pornic. Arrived at Pornic, turn right dir. Saint-Nazaire. Drive about 5 km, take the 1st exit on the right after that of Pornic Ouest. Go 200m and at the crossroads, turn left. In the village of Haut Chemin, 1st right and last house on the right.
