The shared family-friendly park features meandering footpaths, a communal beach with SUP and watersport hire, two children’s play areas and a main Palazzo building with on-site reception, stylish café bar, contemporary Panama Italian restaurant and more. During the months of July and August there is also a kids’ entertainment program.

From the resort’s central location along ‘Via Prati’, guests will easily be able to reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza (2-5 minutes’ walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss Lakes, the resort is within easy driving distance from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque small city of Menaggio on Lake Como (22-28 minutes’ drive away).

wenig Komfort für viel Geld

Wir können nur das Apartment Mimosa 4 bewerten, da alle Apartments vermutlich unterschiedlich sind. Positiv: die Lage der Anlage Porto Letizia ist sehr schön. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am See. Personal sehr freundlich Mimosa 4 hat einen grossen Balkon Negativ: Durch die Anlage rasen Mopeds, sowohl tagsüber als auch spät abends. Daher nicht sehr ruhig. Darum kümmerst sich niemand. Es kümmert sich auch niemand darum, wenn in benachbarten Wohneinheiten größere Gruppen bis spät in die Nacht draußen zusammen sind und die Lautstärke zu später Stunde nicht gedämpft wird. Auf dem Balkon gab es zunächst keinen Sonnenschirm. Wir haben auf Nachfrage ein Miniteil erhalten. Allerdings konnte man es am Nachmittag, nachdem man vom Strand zurück war, nicht auf dem Balkon aushalten. Der Balkon steht dann voll in der Sonne und dafür war der Schirm zu klein. Einen weiteren oder größeren Schirm hat man uns trotz täglichem Nachfragen nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider gab es im Ort keine Möglichkeit einen Schirm zu kaufen. Wir konnten den Balkon daher leider nur vor dem Mittag und abends nutzen. TV ist auf NL eingestellt. Keine Chance, das zu ändern. Küche und Schlafzimmer des Apartments sehr eng. Wir können das Apartment Mimosa 4 nicht weiter empfehlen.
