The apartment, Kokanovic I is located on the first floor of the house, is new and tastefully decorated. It is very spacious with lots of light and a nice garden. It consists of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and a dining room, a balcony with garden furniture and a large garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of a fridge, a stove with 2 gas stoves and 2 electric stoves and an oven. The apartment has a corner furniture in the living room with satellite TV and air conditioning. The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden. The apartment is equipped with linen and towels. There is a covered private parking in front of the house. It is only 1.5 km from the sea.
