The house has independent access, garden on the olive trees of the property, free private parking. The owners live nearby to treat and welcome guests, leaving them with the desired privacy. Excellent starting point for trips to the sea, (Tirrenia, San Vincenzo, Forte dei Marmi 30 minutes by car) visits to the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra, trips to the wine cellars. AIR CONDITIONING to be calculated in addition to the basic consumption.
