We stayed in the most expensive room the second night because we decided to stay an extra night. The bathroom wasn’t t cleaned, the toilet was dirty. Kinda ruined the stay for me. We requested house cleaning to clean it but no one came. The deck was filthy with bugs and cobwebs.

8/9 for dinner there was only one server and we waited 45 minutes to get water and order apps and dinner, 2 hours later as we were eating someone came by and told us we couldn’t have dogs at the table. Just not enough help and paying attention to detail.

Great views and convenient The service in the restaurant was horrible. It took forever to get served and the order was not right both times we ate there. I would suggest eating elsewhere as the food and service are not worth the connivence. I would stay there again but would not eat there.

Very nice room. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in the shower. Very disappointed in the hot tub hours. You can gamble all night, but can’t sit in the hot tub after 10 pm or before 9 am.

This reservation was made in error, I didn’t stay here. This was also my second attempt to resolve a problem through hotels.com. And after contacting the property directly, I am told that this could have been resolved very easily, but because of the ineptitude of agents at hotels.com, it was not! The property overall was nice and convenient, as well as the people working there being friendly. However, the shower amenities were mostly empty, and the room was very dirty. We had to ask many times to get these things remedied for our multi day booking.
