Located in the northern part of the island of Mallorca from historic Pollensa and Alcudia. Amid pines and oaks frangantes Villa Can Llamas is located in the popular area the town marina very proxina just 4 km. a few minutes drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia Cala San Vicente Port of Alcudia and Can Picafort with an extensive coastline of beaches. on two floors the ground floor consists of a living room including satellite tv internet access with a bathroom with shower and kitchen with dining area fully equipped including induction hob fridge freezer washer dish washer microwave electric oven. on the second floor are the three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. the distribution of beds is long bed 180 ancho/200
room with two beds width 135/200 long and one twin width 90/200 long. all with a great view to the garden and pool and windows behind the rest of the garden. has a nice barbecue with a wood stove a table covered by a pergola for a wonderful shade in the dog days of summer warmer seasons. and enjoy great meals and dinners with firewood provided compliments of the owner. has air conditioning in all rooms and also safe in each. seguridas has an alarm system throughout the house and the perimeter of the villa.
in the garden there is an exclusive area for the children of the house is a playground with his skating and several seesaws to play on a carpet of lush grass.
