Lovely villa in Pollença, countryside

From its peaceful location in the wetland nature reserve Albufereta, Catalina d'en Picarol Petit offers you fantastic views that get lost in the distance towards the peninsula of Formentor(Pollença) on one hand and on the other towards Alcudia.

One thing to note is its proximity to the sea, as it is located just 600 meters from Pollença's Bay Beach. Another is the fact that it is within 5 km of the three major urban centers in the north of the island, Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.

This house is ideal for couples who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside whilst having the amenities offered in the city center just in a few minutes.

We enjoyed every single day of our stay. The finca has everything you need plus this wonderful pool with an incredible Mountain View. Check-in/check-out and the communication was so easy so that we felt comfortable immediately. With a car it takes you only 10-20 minutes to wonderful beaches, the cities nearby or the mountains for hiking.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property and we are thrilled once again. The location is ideal – both the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença are within easy reach. The beaches of both towns are also less than 10 minutes away by car.The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is lovingly maintained and in good condition. The host is extremely friendly and helpful – he is always available to answer any questions.Although it is a rather small house, it is incredibly cozy. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning keeps the sleeping area cool.The outdoor area is also in top condition and very well maintained.As always, we felt completely at home, would happily return, and can highly recommend this property.

Sehr schöne kleine Finca abseits von Pollenca in ruhiger Umgebung an einer kleinen wenig befahrenen Straße. Nur 800 m zum Strand. Das Haus war top sauber, funktional eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorbanden. Top wlan. Schöner gepflegter Garten mit Pool. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Haus mit Charme in bester Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Es hat uns an nicht gefehlt. Das Haus war mit allem was man als Selbstversorger auf Mallorca braucht ausgestattet. Mietwagen würden wir klar empfehlen, auch wenn Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Altstädte in kurzer Entfernung liegen (10 Minuten etwa). Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren begeistert von dieser wunderschönen kleinen Finca in der Nähe von Port de Pollenca. Das Haus wurde mit viel Herz eingerichtet und ist sehr schön. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Größe des Pools ist perfekt; die Wasserqualität zu jeder Zeit einwandfrei. Die nahe gelegene Straße hat uns wenig gestört. Der Kontakt zum Sohn der Eigentümerin war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Danke für diese wunderschöne Woche!!!!

Wohlfühlfinca für Zwei

Wir waren im Mai zu Gast in der Finca und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll angelegt, einen Grill fürs Barbecue gibt es auch und zwei Terrassen auf denen man relaxen kann. Die Finca ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Am Haus vorbei führt eine schöne Regionalstraße auf der auch direkt ein Radweg (Landesstraße) startet, man kann aber auch wunderbar dort joggen. Paolo und Catalina kümmern sich mit viel Herz und Engagement um alles, vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schönes kleines Landhaus 🏠

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen ,es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber . Man ist schnell in Port Pollenca wie auch Alcudia (wie auch in Pollenca) Pablo gab uns frühzeitig alle notwendigen Infos , wie auch die genaue Anfahrt zum Haus so das man entspannt ankommen kann . Perfect getaway

The owner of the property is very welcoming and responsive, excellent communication before and during our stay. The property itself is so sweet, the photos do not do it justice. Perfect for a couple, and well equipped. Great BBQ outside which we utilised a couple of times. The pool was a lovely size and looks beautiful at night, and the exterior is well lit. Located half way between Pollensa and Alcudia so access to either is easy, the ports were perfect for relaxing lunches and a bit of shopping. We had a car so was straightforward, cannot comment on local transport. The villa was also easy to find by sat navs and it took around 45 mins from the airport. We had a completely relaxed time in this little picturesque house for 6 days, would 100% recommend to any couples in need of a similar break - thanks Pablo!!!!x

Superb hideaway minutes from Alcudia and Pollenca

A wonderful little villa set in the countryside between Alcudia, Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca. Well equipped with a good size pool and barbecue with fig, olive trees and many other ornamental shrubs in the garden. We loved it.
