This fantastic apartment for four people is located in Llenaire, a very quiet residential area of Port de Pollença. Fully equipped, Codonyer A has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday by the sea, it is located less than 300 meters from the beach of Port de Pollença. As far as the exterior is concerned, the accommodation has a furnished terrace and garden and communal pool.

Port de Pollença is one of the most attractive areas in the north of Mallorca, as it combines all the amenities of a coastal area (beach, restaurants, pubs ...) with the tranquility of a residential area by the sea. It is ideal to enjoy the terraces watching the sunset or relax walking along the promenade next to the beach. It is also very close to beautiful coves such as Formentor or Cala de Sant Vicenç. On the other hand, it is only 7 minutes by car from the wonderful town of Pollença and only 10 minutes from Alcúdia or the Port of Alcúdia.

Quiet, clean, close to the beach

A really lovely little flat located really close to the beach in a quiet area. The flat was really well presented, clean and pleasant to stay in, with a nice private outdoor area and a communal pool. There was a great secure laundry area which fitted my hired bike, and it was a great spot to cycle from. The beach was a very short walk away with a couple of restaurants nearby. The location is quite far from the centre, so getting reasonably priced groceries meant quite a walk, maybe 20-25 mins (the little shops nearby on the beachfront are very overpriced!).

Close ti the beach, lovely apartment perfect for us. Pool good nice and quiet area. Only thing I would have liked was air conditioning in the bedrooms as was extremely hot for my 82 year old dad as couldn’t sleep with a fan noise, otherwise perfect 👍

Great location

Great quiet location but easy walk to the beach and then along the front to the centre. Lovely pool and walkways lined with flowers and plants. Only downside was that the advertised air con in the living area was pretty ineffective but other than that all good.
