The living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning on a limited schedule (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm to 9:00 am), in line with the energy efficiency policy.

From the living room, an archway leads to a hallway where there is a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom opening onto the front terrace.
