Newly built apartment, soundproofed and located on the 2nd floor with panoramic lift of a building facing the sea and served by a covered parking space of exclusive ownership. At the entrance of the apartment there is a large living room with sofa bed, LED TV, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and induction hob) and a small terrace. The structure is completed by a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, LED TV, a bathroom with a relaxing shower and a large terrace with a sea view equipped with a gazebo, a dining table and a solarium.

Wonderful!

My daughter-in-law and I stayed here on our trip through Puglia We were greeted by a lovely young lady Emanuela She walked us through the apartment and everything we needed to know to make our stay easy and stress free. This place is perfect! Clean and very nicely decorated Short walking distance to the beach and the beautiful town of Polignano. I highly recommend staying here The only thing I would add for the guests is a couple of large beach towels because towels provided are bath towels 10/10!! Thank you Emanuela!

Not a 2 bedroom. 1 1/2 rooms. 1 Bedroom little kitchen with small pullout couch.

Tiny balcony. Picture is roof terrace. No shade. A couple of walkable places. Need a car. Had a great time in Polignano a Mar. Beautiful and fun.

New Condo Great Location

This condo was amazing , spacious and had everything we needed for two people including laundry. It’s new and clean and has a patio off of the kitchen as well as a private roof top terrace. There is free parking in a covered garage which was so convenient for us. Since we were driving, we did not want to stay right downtown. The location here is just outside of the main area but very very walkable and much less crowded. There was some construction happening on Saturday early morning that woke us up but it wasn’t a huge deal. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and even waited for us until late at night when our trains kept getting delayed over and over again. Thank you for the fantastic stay, we only wish it was longer!

The apartment internally was great, however it is situated within an ongoing building site which we were unaware of with a 100 foot crane above the terrace area. I use Expedia a lot and was disappointed this wasn’t made clear in the advertising of the property.

The perfect spot...

From the underground secured parking to the furnishings and decor, the property was wonderful. The host was most considerate and takes great pride in the experience. Location is just a short walk from the city center but provides a wonderful ocean-view from the private rooftop terrace. Highly recommended option for vacation spot!

Excellent location, apartment equipped with all needed facilities and private parking area available. Detailed and timely responses from the owner. The weather didn't allow us to exploit the terrace with it's view. Next time. All in all, we couldn't have asked for more.
