Welcome to our peaceful cottage retreat in Pointe-du-Chêne! You'll be just a 3 minute walk to the neighborhood beach and coastline, and a 20-minute walk to the famous Parlee Beach for endless entertainment including swimming, restaurants, night life and other attractions.

Our getaway offers a cozy living room with plenty of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen, three bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed, and back patio complete with dining table and comfortable seating around a bonfire pit.

We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

Note: the water pressure can be quite weak when more than one faucet is running, especially the washing machine. We suggest not running the washing machine when someone is planning to shower, etc.

Pets: we only allow dogs under 50lbs. If you're planning to bring your furry friend, please indicate so in your inquiry.

Firepit: please observe and follow firebans during your stay. Firewood is NOT provided. Kindly plan accordingly
