JULY RENTAL! Private waterfront oasis with electric boat lift, heated saltwater pool, propane firepit, indoor/outdoor SONOS sound system, home gym, pingpong table and much more! The charming home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quality family time. The house boasts 6 bedrooms (5 out of 6 bedrooms have LED\OLED flat screen smart TVs) One primary suite with a full bath and walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms located on the second floor, one bedroom on the first floor and a large bedroom\hangout space located in the loft above the garage. There are three full bathrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs). Common rooms include: a game room, living room, dining room and eat-in kitchen.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.
