Monrepos spans two floors, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. The generous master suite is a haven of luxury, complete with a TV, ample wardrobe space, and a large ensuite featuring a relaxing bath—perfect for soaking away the stresses of daily life.

Downstairs, you’ll find two additional cozy bedrooms. The queen bedroom offers a tranquil retreat, while the second bedroom features two king singles that can be combined into a king-sized bed, catering to various sleeping arrangements. The main bathroom, conveniently located between these bedrooms, includes a spacious walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into new leather couches while enjoying the warmth of the wood fire (please bring your own wood), or cool off with the R/C aircon. The Smart TV to ensures endless entertainment for movie nights. The living area seamlessly connects to the dining space, featuring a Rennai gas heater, a dining table for six, and three bar stools at the kitchen bench.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. Coffee lovers will appreciate the coffee plunger for that perfect morning brew.

The laundry, complete with a front-loading washing machine and dryer, adds extra convenience to your stay, making longer visits a breeze.

The living areas open up to a lush, leafy backyard and BBQ courtyard. Fire up the Webber BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining with outdoor furniture, making the most of those sunny days and balmy evenings.

Linen hire available by prior arrangement (you can order as an extra when you place a booking)

CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. Please do not allow them to go on the furniture.

FIREPLACE: Wood is not supplied for the fireplace, please bring your own. There is a Rennai gas heater plus R/C air conditioners in the living area and all bedrooms.

PARKING: Monrepos is on the corner of Old Geelong Road and Fellows Road – carparking is on the Old Geelong Road side of the house, it is off street and there is parking for 2 cars.
