Montrepos
Montrepos is a very well-appointed and styled property. The kitchen has everything you could need for a short stay and the house is very comfortably furnished.
The negatives for us, and they were game changers; the skylights in the bedroom rooves are like bright lights above your head that wake you at dawn and if that doesn’t do the job, the traffic roaring down Fellows rd from dawn will make sure you are fully awake. Probably more of an issue for the upstairs bedroom. The noise is not noticeable from downstairs, and the downstairs living area is a beautiful sanctuary. It’s such a pity that those elements spoil an otherwise fabulous property.

Comfortable and cosy
The property is well equipped and everything worked well. It is a perfect cool weather relaxation stay. Will be very hot in summer. Location is on the main road to the golf club and surf beach so is quite noisy and busy with traffic. The house needs a good spring clean and the rotting grapefruit that had fallen in the courtyard made the bbq space unappealing. The garden setting lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The hosts are generous with daily supplies and we enjoyed our stay.

Just enjoyed a 3 day stay with friends in this well fitted out house in a great location!

Quiet, lovely stay
Great stay. Property is clean, quiet and dog friendly. Dog beach is about 15 min walk (though beach itself is closer).
A great house for a get away, plenty of room, comfortable and a little bit different. Sweet little garden, would be lovely and shady in the summer, well enclosed so good for our dog.
