"Good place, good people. Was so happy when I opened the door to my room and saw how lovely it was. "

"The staff were nice, but I wasn't happy with the service. My daughter snd I were not given the room the room which I reserved. They gave me another room. I asked if the shower had handicap rails and I was assured that it did have. When we walked in the room and checked there were none. Were were moved to another room with a king size bed. My daugher was told that they would bring a roll-away bed. They never brought it. It was never brought. She slept on the floor."

"Staff was pleasant. Room and hotel clean, but aesthetically it is an older hotel. The continental breakfast was limited, meaning not enough food for the guests. Hotel staff stated their vendor had not arrived and they only had limited amount to make for a Saturday morning. My opinion, you should be sure you are stocked up on supplies for a weekend. Then the vending machines were both empty. No snacks or drinks available on either floor. Those also need to be sure they are stocked up. It would also be helpful to have new machines installed that take a debit/credit card as most people do not travel with cash anymore. "
