This semi-detached house is located directly on the beach and consists of two floors connected by external stairs. Each floor has two simply furnished apartments, which is ideal for several families or a group of friends. The well-maintained garden with access to one of the many pebble beaches is ideal for barbecuing and spending time together. In addition to the pool, there is also an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower. The owner lives in a small bungalow on the other side of the garden. Podstrana is a small town near Split (9 km), which was awarded the title of World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
