I booked through Travelocity and so when we went to check in they surprised me with requiring a $100 deposit. I told them that the site did not mention this anywhere and they admitted that they knew this, but since it was a booking app they didn’t have to post it. Not a surprise you want to hear about once you’re there.

Comfortable room and friendly staff.

The room was very comfortable and they had most of the amenities. It would have been nice to supply facial tissue for the occupant. The breakfast also lacked any hot protein items. The only hot one was waffles.

As we made our way to our room, the initial impression was overshadowed by an unpleasant odor that clung to the walls—a distinct scent of cigarette smoke that seemed to linger in the air. It was somewhat off-putting, especially for those of us sensitive to such smells. However, after mentioning our concerns to the friendly staff member at the front desk a few hours later, we noticed a significant change. Perhaps it was the fans they turned on, or maybe a prompt cleaning session, but the air felt fresher, and the smell dissipated considerably. This hotel has designated areas for smoking, and our room was situated just outside that section, which likely contributed to the initial discomfort. Thankfully, the staff's attentive response reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring our stay became much more enjoyable as time went on. Their swift actions helped transform our experience, allowing us to focus on the warmth of the hospitality rather than the lingering scent of smoke.

Area was safe and clean. Room was clean however there is many rules for pets like they can’t be on the bed. Also the blankets had holes in it and the blanket was not warm.
