Lovely modern 1 bedroom apartment in the prestigious and sought after area of Plymouth, the Royal William Yard. The apartment has a sofa bed in the lounge which can comfortably sleep an adult or two children. The kitchen is fitted out with oven, hob and dishwasher plus cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. There is a TV and wifi for your entertainment. The Royal William Yard is famous for its restaurants and views over the Tamar River. Restaurants include Las Iguanas, Le Bistrot Pierre, Le Vignoble, Prezzo, River Cottage, Seco Lounge and Wagamama. Parking is available on site for a fee. Ideal for short stay

The property was listed as 2 bedroom, but was only one. Apart from that, I would highly recommend the property in all aspects. From the first communication, everyone was most helpful and efficient. The apartment is better equipped than my house! The location is excellent. Seamless from start to finish.
