Grew up in Meredith, right down the road, and stayed at the Center Harbor Inn for a night for a friend's 50th birthday. I was really impressed by the cleanliness, the simple, calm, modern aesthetic and the complimentary continental breakfast was great, lots of choices...it was more "breakfast" than "continental breakfast". The only thing we thought could be better is the mattress. We were happy it was a king bed, but it was very hard and not the most comfortable for us. But, it wasn't a deal-breaker to stay there again in the future.

Great location on lake and vicinity to beautiful autumn leaf-peeping hikes and drives. It’s an older hotel but clean. Do be aware no elevators and no bellmen so you will definitely be schlepping your stuff! Fantastic views, decent breakfast offerings, fantastic Italian cafe right across the street with dine in or easy take-out all day!

This was one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in. Very clean, great view of the lake, and the breakfast options were good. Staff was very kind and helpful with all of our questions. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay again.

I had an excellent stay at Clean Harbor Inn. The service was great the staff were welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. The room was comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing from start to finish. It was a great property. All the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. The grounds were well maintained and it felt very secure. The lack of elevator(s) was tough with all your luggage unless you were on the ground floor. The amenities were great too.
