Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Tolle Umgebung, super Lage. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und eingerichtet, allerdings etwas abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig: das Eisfach im Kühlschrank ist defekt, der Staubsauger kaputt, ein Gefrierschrank in der Garage nicht mehr vorhanden, die Farbe in den Schlafzimmern blättert an einigen Stellen ab. Trotz allem sehr gut zu bewohnen!
