Villa Bord de Mer Piscine chauffée is located in Plouha and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. The property does not offer air conditioning or bath towels. Outside, you can enjoy a private heated pool, garden, open-air terrace, and barbecue.



Guests also have access to a shared fenced pool. The villa is close to the beach. Three parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Up to two pets are allowed (available for an extra fee). Please note there is a robotic lawn mower in the garden, so it is recommended to supervise pets outdoors.

Mooi huis, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Pros: Wij werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Patrick en Isabelle. Het is een mooi huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi zwembad waar wij en de kinderen ons prima in hebben vermaakt. Op loopafstand van een mooie klif (+/-15 min. lopen). Diverse mooie stranden in de buurt. Goede communicatie met de verhuurders. Prettig is dat een winkel en bakker in de buurt aanwezig zijn. Cons: Niets

Heerlijk rustige locatie met fijn zwembad.

Pros: Locatie met veel privacy. Goede wifi, fijn zwembad. Cons: Zitbank is zeer doorgezakt en de bedden ook wel aan vernieuwing toe.
