Spend an unforgettable moment with family or friends in this large, warm house, located just 3 kilometres from the Trez Hir beach!



Upon entering, you will find a kitchen with a vintage style, fully equipped, with a friendly dining table. Nearby, separate toilets for added comfort. If you take the stairs located to the right of the entrance door, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a bathtub.



Back on the ground floor, walking along the corridor, you will discover a large, welcoming living room with a television, open to the dining room, ideal for sharing moments in complete conviviality.



On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, two with double beds (160x200), and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190). A bathroom with shower and toilet is located at the end of the corridor.



Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden with a table and chairs, perfect for getting together in complete tranquillity.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. Less than 5 minutes from the house, you will also find a swimming pool and a municipal cinema, ideal refuge places during rainy weather.
