SPA noté sur le site d'Hotel.com mais indépendant de l’hôtel et en fait à distance et en supplément ! dommage que le spa soit separe de l'hotel et que rien ne nous l'indique sur le site. En plus l'entree au spa n'est pas comprise dans le prix donc nous avons eu un cout supplemetaire lors de notre sejour. Le personnel est toujours present à la reception meme si on a l'impression de les deranger des que l'on demande quelques choses.

Très bon restaurant Menus avec bon rapport qualité prix mais la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur de la description ni du standing apparent de l'hôtel... Pas de mini bar, d'eau, café, thé dans les chambres, pas de produits de soins, seulement une douche... Couvre lits douteux. Déco inexistantes. Personnel souriant et serviable. Et proximité des thermes est un réel avantage.

Bel établissement plein de charme, confortable, mais personnel rare et peu compétent. La chambre qui avait déjà été payé via le site m'a été facturé une seconde fois. Je m'en suis aperçu après. Un rappel a été nécessaire une semaine plus tard, n'ayant toujours pas reçu le remboursement. Grande chambre confortable, très belle salle à manger, en centre ville, accueil sympathique.

Un grand hotel ( belle architecture)mais très mal géré et très mal modernisé. Les réservations ainsi que celles de ma sœur n'ont pas été enregistrées. Pas de WIfi. Qualité des chambres très variable...

La chambre que nous avions réservée était très décevante, voire sinistre! Nous avons demandé à en changer, et moyennant un supplément de 39 euros nous avons eu une suite dans le bâtiment principal, très grande, avec deux wc,un salon, une salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre, une immense baignoire ronde, une douche séparée, double lavabos. Malgré l'aspect un peu vieillot et le mobilier sans intérêt cette chambre était très confortable, très grande, avec une vue magnifique sur le parc et un petit balcon. Il faut donc se méfier de la chambre réservée par internet. Le petit déjeuner dans la magnifique salle du restaurant était malheureusement médiocre.
