Rostov hotel review

Nice hotel in downtown Pleven. Cleanliness is good. The restaurant menu is better than the most hotels i've been. The meals are delicious. The parking is ok, but there are no reserved spots. If there is a free spot, you get it. If no - you have to go to the paid parking across the street.

Lovely hotel in the centre of town.

Food was exceptional in the restaurant at night, breakfast there was a good choice, room comfortable and quiet for in the centre of town.
