On the ground floor splendid kitchen, independent Lounge with big TV and many board-games, ind. relaxation area transformed into teleworking area, separate bedroom with a 160-cm bed, and a shower room and a toilet.
Upstairs: a separate bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm, a separate bedroom with two 90-cm beds. There also is a shower room and a toilet. There is a terrace upstairs and on the ground floor. The private garden is fitted with garden furniture. There is a private parking, a TV, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a freezer, a combined refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The house is located 500meter away from the sea, 1 km from the first beaches and 2 km from the shops at the Pink Granite Coast, between Perros Guirec and Trebeurden.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player.
