Beautiful architect house located in Plérin Les Rosaires, enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea just 2 minutes from the beach, it is ideal for holidays with family or group.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms (5 double beds), 2 bathrooms (shower in both, one of them is also equipped with a bath) and a master suite of 45 M2 with bathroom and shower.

Lovely property with fantastic views

The views and living areas are fantastic. We especially appreciated the "secret" path down from the house towards the beach. The house is well equipped, although no guidance in English is provided for the remote lighting, towel rails, coffee machines etc which would be helpful. The location is really exceptional - the wide beach has perfect sand and waves. It is quiet with access to swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and more adventurous sports. Only two restaurants in walking distance (both good) but sadly no boulangerie in the village. Our departure was spoilt by a demand for a professional cleaning fee on top of the normal cleaning / tidying that we undertook on departure. Probably easier to factor this in to the cost of the rental (and extra EUR300).

Une maison idéale

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison, les baies vitrées sur la mer nous ont fait oublier le temps peu clément! Il faut quand même anticiper le remplissage du frigo :) Par contre, le lever du soleil au début de notre séjour a été un pur bonheur.

A week of luxury and pleasure

We had marvellous days in Plérin. We were there with two families witn grown up children. It was a perfect fit. The house is perfectly located with a stunning view over the village, the beach and the sea. Access to the beach in few steps down. The house itself is excellently and luxuriously equipped with even more than you need for perfect stay. Our host took great care of us and the organisation took place in a gentle and easy manner. We love the place and we can warmly recommend it.

Super Lage mit unglaublich schönem Blick auf Strand und Meer! Toll eingerichtetes, gemütliches Haus. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Ideal für unsere Familie (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder). Sehr netter Empfang und immer ein offenes Ohr der Gastgeber. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht!! Super jolie maison avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage et la mer. Parfaitement équipée et très confortable. Idéal pour notre famille (6 adultes, 4 enfants) Accueil très chaleureux et propriétaire très attentionnée. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances!! Je recommande vivement ce logement!

Extraordinaire séjour aux Rosaires

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans la maison de Laure aux Rosaires. Elle est très grande, très bien aménagée et très lumineuse. Idéale pour un grand groupe et à 3 minutes de la plage (sur laquelle la vue est magnifique depuis les 2 terrasses !). Nous reviendrons !
