Das Haus liegt gut, groß, ruhig (die Strasse zum Golfplatz und Strand ist tagsüber befahren, aber nachts ruhig und tags kaum zu hören, andere Seite) und mit "antikem" Charme. Küche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, Sanitär und Küche sollten renoviert werden. Die Küchenausstattung ist optimierungsbedürftig. ACHTUNG: Kein W-LAN, muss über Internetanbieter zugebucht werden als Hot-Spot (2 Wochen 35 Euro). Sonnenschirm war kaputt, kleiner Außentisch aus billigem altem Plastik (nur 4 Stühle bei Personen). Im Keller teilweise mufig, Haus kann aber gut gelüftet werden.Der Preis für die aktuelle Ausstattung war eindeutig zu hoch, lag ca. 500 bis 1.000 Euro über den Gegebenheiten. Die Kommunikation mit hoomy war sehr gut, der Preis von über 300 Euro jedoch unverschämt teuer. Insgesamt wurden uns ca. 15 Schlüssel ausgehändigt, drei Schlüssel für Gartentor, Klappläden und Haustür.

On était bien dans cette grande maison proche de la plage des Vallées … avec beaucoup de vaisselle et ustensiles de ménage, des provisions de dépannage utiles, … mais qui a besoin toutefois de quelques petites réparations et rangement logique

Schnell zum Strand

Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 300 m und damit ist jederzeit ein toller Spaziergang möglich.Einkaufen geht mit dem Auto (8 min.) oder zu Fuß (15 min.). Ach der Markt ist schnell zu erreichen. Unbedingt den Wochenmarkt besuchen, Oliven und Austern können da verkostet werden.Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist das Haus auch ein guter Startpunkt.

Séjour au Val Andre

L'emplacement est parfait, calme, à 5 minutes de la plage, 20 minutes à pied du centre, et c'est très beau. On a bien profité du jardin derrière la maison . La maison est grande, et plutôt fonctionnelle. Le bémol que l'on ne voit pas sur l'annonce, ne vous attendez pas à trouver une maison moderne. Elle a vraiment besoin de rafraichissement (literie, meubles, lampes, tableaux, odeur d'humidité provenant du sous sol...). Sous le soleil de Bretagne, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
