"It was actually half a condo, a very small space. The bed was very comfortable, but there was no comfortable seating. It would be nicer if the bunk beds were replaced with a comfortable futon or sleep sofa/ loveseat. Frank and Diane were both very nice and helpful. It’s listed as dog friendly but the villa is not very accommodating to dogs. The beach access for dogs was a narrow path between a row of bushes. Overall it was clean but the toilet could use a thorough scrubbing and it didn’t flush very well. The kitchen area is extremely small. The plates didn’t even fit in the tiny sink. "
