Located on Perry Stream right next to Happy Corner Covered Bridge and offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, gas fireplace, this 1,300-square-foot home is ideal for families looking for a break from city stresses. Enjoy the view of Perry Stream from the 40-foot screened-in porch or take a walk on the private 12 acre backyard trail on the along Perry Stream up to Happy Corner Bridge.

Direct snowmobile and ATV access from the house, Young Store and Full Send Restaurant is close by (walking distance 1500'), Washer/dryer, Fire ring and Gas Grill.

- The home is accessible via keyless entry (Or with a key, 2 keys left inside) You'll receive 1 or 2 days prior your stay.

PARKING:

- Ample parking is available on the right side of the house
- No Parking on left side of garage driveway or in front of garage doors
- If you have a trailer over 8' tall use 1st Hill Rd on right. (Just past Spruce Cone Cabins on right) Covered Bridge Max Height 8'

HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking - On porch only or Outside.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Please report any damages that occur to both Jeffrey and Vrbo.

-Pets are not allowed on any furniture (couch, chairs, beds). ALL pet poops to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. There will be an additional $75 cleaning fee if extra cleaning is needed. When not at the house, pets should be taken with you or if left behind should be kenneled (kennel not provided, so you'll need to bring) and not constantly barking.

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:

- Your safety matters. This property features 4 Ring exterior security cameras, one on each side of the house. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion.

Homey Hideaway with Trail Access - A Family Favorite

Clean, convenient to town with easy access to snowmobile trails and ample parking. The upgraded kitchen featuring a new oven, dishwasher, and sink was a nice touch. The entire house felt extremely comfortable, homey and cozy throughout. We enjoyed watching deer in the backyard near the stream. The host was attentive, ensuring outdoor areas were well-maintained despite weather conditions. This was our family's third time staying here for our annual snowmobiling trip, and we continue to "love it!"

Great cabin for sledding!

My son and I stayed at Jeff’s place and could ride right from the front door. Cabin was amazing with everything we needed. Jeff was very responsive to any questions and super easy to work with. Thanks again and we’ll be back!

Very easy trail access. You can get to the gas stations quickly in one direction or bypass them entirely by going that other direction. The place was clean and tidy with lots of space to stretch out. The host is friendly and very helpful with our questions.

What an awesome property with a beautiful stream out back the house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay very cozy place felt like being at home the night sky was loaded with stars what an awesome sight Jeff the owner is a really nice host can't wait to rent it again in the future.

No complaints about our stay. A deck is the highlight. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, etc. beds comfortable. Fell asleep in the living room chair several times in the living room, which is always a good sign, host responsive, and available and answered the same question several times. Very patient person. Amazing

Jeff was an amazing host, very nice and attentive. His property was beautiful, very clean home, it had everything you could ask for. The back yard was amazing, we went exploring on the property and spent an afternoon just in the back yard. Beautiful sunsets! Comfortable beds, easy check in and out. Perfect location for the North Country or seeing the Eastern Provinces of Quebec! Screened in porch kept out the bugs, plenty of room, & within walking distance of the store if you need supplies. Loved it & looking forward to returning!

Quick family getaway

We stayed for 2 nights here. It had everything we needed. Right on the ATV trail which was perfect. We loved going to the stream down in the back and the kids played in the water for hours. The dogs enjoyed it too. Nice little trails to alk on. The house was tidy and had all the kitchen items, linens, cleaning supplies etc needed. Overall A+!

Best July 4th stay!

Jeff was a wonderful host! This property was so inclusive for our special needs son. Beautiful walking trails down by the brook. My son younger so and husband went fishing. We were able to leave to ATV straight from the yard. We did 180+ miles over the long weekend. We definitely will be back. Nice firepit and kitchen was well equipped.
