The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was lovely. But overall I was disappointed, the decor in the pool area and in my room was very tired, my shower was so old I had to google how to use it - but then I still couldn't get it to work and had to wash my hair in the sink! for >£100 per night its not what I'd expected. I reported this to reception in the morning and they said they'd take a look

Girl on reception was polite and welcoming, I had an issue where my card was charged twice and wanted to check on check out that it had been refunded for one of the charges, the gentleman was adamant I had not been charged twice as one had been cancelled although his colleague left a note for the manager to day before to refund one of the payments, his manner was not very good, I was going to give feedback that the room was cold heating did not work and the flop is very slanted in the room with also a part of the carpet through the middle could potentially cause a trip hazard but he didn’t ask how our stay was so no option but to leave it on here.

The room looked nothing like advertised. It definitely did not look like a superior double room with scenic view. It looked like we paid for that but were given a different room. I could not fault the service of staff the only issue was that the hotel is a little tired. The sure club was excellent, as was the food and the service. The room was spotless if a little cold but our trip represented great value. I would stay again.

Hotel staff were lovely, we had dinner in the bar which was great and breakfast was lovely too. Unfortunately there were some noisy guests staying which woke up our son but not within the hotels control and we couldn’t see which room they were in so just focused on getting our son back to sleep. We have stayed loads of time but will probably avoid a weekend again.
