Built around 1860 on a 300-square-metre property, the 3-bedroom villa for 6 guests has been recently renovated to provide a one-of-a-kind relaxing holiday, especially for families. The villa is spread over three spacious floors that retain the true essence of the original structure of the regal 19th-C houses. Its pastel colours, characteristic interiors and ambient fireplaces set the perfect scene for getting together and enjoying a cosy holiday in a private hillside location. The villa’s living room is an ideal family space that invites you to spend carefree moments of relaxation in a very welcoming and suggestive ambience enhanced by a fireplace and ample seating space.

The dining room is also beautifully detailed, with seating for 6-8 guests and is separated from the large kitchen of the villa by a big fireplace. In the kitchen, guests will find all possible modern appliances for an effortless stay at this peaceful sanctuary. There is a dishwasher, oven, cooker hob, raclette, food processor, fondue and a toaster at guests’ disposal, among other utilities.

Outside, a rustic stone pathway leads to the sun-washed fenced garden of the villa that has the ideal combination of shaded and sunny areas to kick back and unwind. There is beautiful alfresco dining that overlooks the lake, BBQ, a pergola with seating surrounded by the cool of the wisteria flowers, a big swing for afternoon siestas and a large and cushy open-air sofa.

Although the vacation villa is perfect to enjoy a tranquil vacation with loved ones and disconnect from the busy city life, it is just a 3-minute from the Meina motorway exit in a very well-served area and perfect for downhill enthusiasts. A department store, to facilitate self-catering stay, is within walking distance from the rental.

An 8-minutes drive is the Maggiore lakefront and Meina Beach club to enjoy. Meanwhile, a 15-minute drive is Lido di Arona and Spiaggia dell’ Erno to soak up the sunshine and splash about in refreshing waters. Angera is also within a convenient distance from here, at a 40-minute drive and Stresa, with its beautiful pier and boat tours is a 15-minute car ride. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, about a 40-minute drive from this holiday villa in Pisano, Piedmont.
